FIM provides all C-level individuals required to operate infrastructure SPVs during construction and operation. This includes CEO, CFO, COO and CTO positions.
C-Level individuals go through a thorough recruitment process including:
- Personality test
- Problem solving tests
- Fit interviews
- Case studies
- Case studies are extremely helpful to ensure that our senior managers are problem solvers and can operate under pressure
- It allows us to understand how a candidate will address a given project issue

Board Involvement
To ensure buy-in from the SPV board, the final 2 candidates for senior roles are generally interviewed by the SPV Board.
This allows both candidate and board to understand how they will work together and set expectations.
PPP expertise
Our C-Level individuals usually have strong PPP or Project Finance expertise.
Given the nature of our infrastructure projects, this expertise allows them to thrive in their task and understand PPP/PFI specific stakeholders, management or legal requirements.
