Introduction
This is the privacy policy for FIM Limited. This policy explains what personal information we have, how we use it and how you can check and update any of your personal information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we” means FIM and other companies in the same group. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the ‘data controller’ is the organisation responsible for protecting information and, in our case, is FIM.

We collect information about you when you register with us or contact us directly. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

We collect and use personal information about the Individuals or Service Users who come into contact with the business in order to carry on our work. We have safeguards in place to ensure that these third parties respect your privacy as much as we do.

Complaints will be dealt with by the FIM Head Office and will be responded to within 30 days at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was handled, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
